I specialise in catering to your individual fitness needs and goals while keeping workouts fresh, fun and creative in our supportive environment. My studio offers individual private pilates sessions and group pilates private sessions. All of my sessions focus on full body integration and strength, balance and coordination, core strength and stability, flexibility, good posture, improved performance and pain-free living. My clients look to me to help improve athletic and sports performance, core fitness, relief from autoimmune conditions and chronic pain and special needs adaptive programs. Pilates will help you achieve good posture; relaxed shoulders; a more supple back; strong, lean and toned muscles; stress free joints as well as strong abdominals.


Private one-to-one equipment Pilates, using the Reformer, Trapeze Table, Combo Chair and Barrel, as well as a variety of small props.


Private one-to-one matwork Pilates. Just you, the mat, gravity and sometimes a few small props such as the magic circle or a theraband.


Small group matwork Pilates in the comfort and convenience of your own home.


Your first Pilates session is free if you sign up for a package of 5 or 10 classes on the day!

Annabelle Shaw was my Pilates instructor for several years while she lived in Singapore. She mastered the Polestar Pilates technique. This type of Pilates is, in my opinion, the best Pilates for rehabilitation and functional movement particularly for people with chronic pain.
Annabelle was always well prepared before our sessions and kept meticulous records of my progress and often liaised with other health care providers. Annabelle gives undivided attention during the sessions and is very astute and makes adjustments to the exercises to have the greatest impact.
I often walked out of the sessions feeling lighter and more fluid in my walking movement. She worked closely with me and was instrumental in helping me rehabilitate some long term injuries from an undiagnosed meniscus tear and helped me correct my posture and develop body awareness with core stability and breathing. She even picked up on some other back issues I had developed as a result of my injuries. My fitness and diabetes also improved during this time.
She is extremely professional and kept good counsel. We became good friends during this time and I missed her when she left. I always felt Annabelle understood the human body better than some healthcare professionals. She would have made an excellent physiotherapist had she chosen to study this. I would highly recommend Annabelle as a Pilates instructor, she’s the real deal.
